What countries do you ship to?

Currently, our shipping embraces the U.S., but we're setting our sights on expanding internationally soon. Stay tuned for updates.

What is your return/exchange policy?

At the moment, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on any items purchased from our store. This policy is in place to maintain consistency and fairness for all our customers. How long will it take to get my order?

Anticipate your order's arrival within 5-7 business days.

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

Our products feature a direct-to-garment printing style. Our unisex sweatshirts, the Gildan 18000 Crewneck Sweatshirts, boast a blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester (please note, fiber content may vary for different colors).

Equally cozy, our hoodies, the Gildan 18500, share the same 50-50 cotton-polyester mix, with fiber content variations for different colors.

As for our t-shirts, you have two stellar options – the Bella + Canvas 3001, crafted from 100% airlume combed and ringspun cotton (fiber content may vary for different colors), or the Comfort Colors, a 100% ring-spun cotton delight.

What payment methods do you accept?

Lokal Coco’s flexible – we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. 

Do you have gift packaging options?

At the moment, we do not have gift packaging options. 

How long does order processing take?

Order processing spans 1-2 days, with production adding an extra 2-3 days, depending on the specifics of your order.

How do I cancel/modify an order?

At the moment, cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase. However, if you need to modify an order, please contact us through our contact us page or through our Support@lokalcoco.com email within 24hrs for us to assess the situation and make the necessary changes. 

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, a tracking number by our carrier will be shared with you. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the rare event of a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service within 7 days via our contact us page or Support@lokalcoco.com for guidance.
